Du vil indgå i et udviklingsteam med andre højt kvalificerede udviklere, hvor du hurtigt bliver en aktiv del af de mange spændende projekter indenfor e-handel, booking og specialløsninger til kunderne. Projekterne løses i et unikt tværfagligt samarbejde med UX-teamet, projektledere, forretningsudviklere & QA-teamet, hvor du bl.a. skal være teknisk sparringspartner for disse teams.

Om dig:

Du har en IT-faglig/akademisk uddannelse, fx som datalog, ingeniør, datamatiker eller lignende. Du har minimum 3 års erfaring som app-udvikler med solid Android erfaring, og har opnået en god forretningsforståelse. Du er skarp i dialogen såvel internt som eksternt, og så sætter du en ære i at udføre opgaverne i højeste kvalitet. Din baggrund som udvikler gør dig også i stand til at være skarp på estimering af opgaverne og derudover gør din passion for teknologien, at du naturligt holder dig ajour med nyeste trends inden for dit felt.

Key Responsibilities & Job Content

The company is about to complete the rollout of their global SAP solution across the world and will be concentrating on value-added IT projects based on this global platform. The ERP strategy is resting on a core team of internal consultants. As part of the development of this team, we are looking for an experienced logistics SAP Lead Consultant.

The SAP consultant reports to the IT Supply Chain services section under the Competence Centre Supply Chain and Production services. The section is responsible for all ERP modules and services related to functional tasks on transportation, warehousing and production planning.

Due to international organisation, candidate needs to be willing to travel (sometimes at short notice), travel content between 30% and 50% of the time. Will need to be able to obtain visa for US, Canada, Russia.

This is the role

  • Work to set direction through strategic roadmap with Solution architect and then evolve the global design with appropriate solutions, which may cut across many SAP modules and non-SAP systems, to most effectively meet business needs.
  • Leverage deep understanding of how the IT tools are used by the business and how these tools interact to influence the business to think in new ways by providing design direction, including alternative options
  • Lead, coordinate and facilitate with the Business Process Owner (BPO) the analysis of business requirements and processes including meeting with business users, business stakeholders, decision-makers, developers, and super users
  • Define and translate business requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible for business, IT consultants and management.
  • Analyze business requirements through fit/gap analysis and coordinate / prioritize solution gaps with business process owners and secure change management
  • Leadership role in Agile solution teams including business and IT skills to configure and develop the right solution
  • SAP configuration of SD module / and cross modules integration (LES /MM / FI/ CO) for End to End business processes.
  • Integration with others solutions like CRM / Eshop / CPQ
  • Provide functional guidance to ensure IT solution integrity and maintain documentation updated (functional and technical specifications)
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects within area of expertise. Ability to establish project priorities and deadlines.
  • Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team oriented, customer focused attitude within and between departments.
  • Ensure that daily operational support of the SAP system meets Service Level agreement (SLAs) with the operating companies.

 This is what you offer 

  • Master’s Degree in Logistic Engineering or related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain focused on SD module
  • Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations (Ability to consistently meet agreed delivery, cost and time targets while maintaining a high quality of work)
  • Functional Expertise in Supply chain processes
  • Willingness to travel around 30-50% of the time
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Cross functional SAP ERP Analyst experience to include the areas of Material Management (MM) and Controlling (CO) and LES (Logistic execution)
  • Proven experience in translating business requirements into SAP solutions / in working with the business in understanding and delivering business process improvements
  • Good communication and people skills – experience dealing with users from various nationalities
  • Experience working with international and remote team providing operational support and delivering projects
  • Knowledge in MTS/MTO processes
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Industry experience in Sales department will be added advantage.

  • Deliver savings and benefits to the Group and maximise the investment in project, by constantly looking for improvements to business processes that can be realised in project
  • Stay abreast of current supply chain solutions in IT.

 This is what you offer 

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or in Supply Chain area
  • Supply chain certification desired in SAP
  • At least 5 years of functional experience in SAP
  • Operational experience in logistics is desired
  • Experience in a SAP Logistics Execution module
  • Experience in Transportation application interfaced with SAP desired
  • Proven experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions
  • Proven experience in working with the business in understanding and delivering business process improvements
  • Ability to adapt to change and deliver high quality work under pressure
  • Good communication and people skills – experience dealing with users from various nationalities will be an advantage
  • Experience working with a team of de-centralised colleagues in providing operational support and delivering projects will be a definite advantage
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
